CAPITOLA ART & WINE FESTIVAL
VOLUNTEERS
Shifts: The festival is Saturday & Sunday. We split each
day into two shifts. Check which shift works best for you. In order
to schedule 200+ volunteers, it is important that you honor your
commitment.. please check your calendar before volunteering.
You will be asked to replace yourself if you have to cancel your
commitment.
Glass/Ticket Booth: Work in booth with other volunteers selling
wine glasses & tickets, cleaning glasses & making change.
ID Person: Check ID’s and give wristbands. (instruction will
be given)
Poster/
T-Shirt Sales Booth:
Work in booth with other volunteers selling Festival posters and
t-shirts.
Winery Booth: Work with winery, pour and uncork wine.
Traffic: Assist with guiding traffic into festival area in
am and out of festival area in pm.
Festival Host: Hand out programs, provide festival information
at festival and shuttle parking areas.
Business: Business groups may staff an entire Glass/Ticket/
ID Booth providing (8) volunteers during their shift. When staffing
an entire ticket booth, volunteers may wear their company/organization
shirts and display their company/organization banner at the booth
during their shift. Shifts are 4 hours - no exceptions.
NOTE: Please, no children or pets in any festival
booth.
